Application requirements are as follows (incomplete applications will not be considered):
Step 1 — Speak to an Admissions Advisor
We encourage students to meet with an admissions advisor prior to applying in order to gain valuable guidance on submitting a portfolio and application. Advisors are available to meet in person, over the telephone or through Skype. To schedule an appointment, please contact Gnomon either via phone: 323-466-6663 or email: email@example.com.

Step 3 — Portfolio
Portfolios should include 15 - 20 pieces in either digital or hardcopy format. For detailed information, please view our Portfolio Guidelines.
Step 4 — As evidence of high school completion, or equivalent, submit an official hardcopy of the following documents via post:
- Official high school transcripts providing graduation date or proof of completion. High school diplomas will not be accepted.
- Certified copy of the student’s General Educational Development (GED) certificate or GED transcript or approved equivalent.
- Official college/university transcripts that indicate completion of a bachelor’s or graduate degree.
Unsealed or unofficial transcripts will not be accepted. For instructions on submitting transcripts and diplomas, please see the section, Academic Documents.
Step 5 - Interview
Applicants are required to complete an interview with an admissions advisor for consideration to a full-time program. The purpose of the interview is to give Gnomon an opportunity to get to know you better, as well as review school policies and the expectations of students attending Gnomon. The interview also gives applicants an opportunity to discuss their portfolio and application submission in greater detail. Interviews should be conducted once other required materials have been submitted. We are happy to schedule phone or Skype appointments for students who are unable to visit campus in person.
