Gnomon School is proud to recognize its student and alumni finalists of the Rookie Awards 2018

Award season is upon us once again. No, not the Oscars, the Emmys, or even the VGAs. We’re talking about The Rookies. Founded as the CG Student Awards by Andrew McDonald and Alwyn Hunt, The Rookies has evolved into a world renown competition for young creatives in film, animation, games, VR, and more. The Rookies offer students transitioning to the production world an opportunity to have their work seen and critiqued by some of the industry’s finest from movie and game studios, agencies, and publications all over the globe.

This year, The Rookies received 9,971 digital projects created by 2,914 students from more than 87 countries worldwide. Gnomon is proud to recognize over our students and alumni finalists in this prestigious contest.
