Subsidized and cost-free classes are available at Gnomon for those who meet Employment Training Panel (ETP) eligibility requirements. Gnomon is an approved school for both funding options, if you are not sure if you qualify – just ask!

The Employment Training Panel (ETP) is a state agency that funds the costs of training for key California industries, including entertainment and multimedia. Thanks to ETP-funded programs, approved companies can now offer their employees fully covered training opportunities through Gnomon, which include our on-campus and online courses, studio lab time, learning resources, and more!

Gain Access to Gnomon's Learning Resources and Educators
In addition to taking classes with some of the top working artists in the industry, Gnomon students have access to numerous other learning resources, including our on-site library, which was specifically designed for Gnomon students and visiting artists in mind.
ETP Eligibility
In a nutshell, State of California employers with two or more full-time employees are eligible to apply for ETP funds. You can find out more about the application process by speaking with our Outreach and Development Department.
Gnomon can provide ETP-funded classes to employers and studios related to the entertainment industry.
Entertainment eligible fields: Film, television, animation, video game developers and publishers, visual effects, post production, VR/AR, advertising and public relations agencies, and themed entertainment.
