Alena Dubrovina
Art Director
Alena Dubrovina joined Larian Studios as a Character Art Intern and has since worked as a Character Artist and Lead Character Artist on titles like Divinity: Original Sin II and Baldur's Gate 3. Now an Art Director, she focuses on character art to enhance player experiences and reach a broad audience. She believes it's important to balance managerial work with hands-on production, in order not lose touch with reality in our rapidly changing industry.

Luna De Groote
Associate Character Art Lead
Luna graduated from Howest Digital Arts and Entertainment in 2020 and began her game dev career as an intern at Larian Studios on Baldur's Gate 3. Throughout the project, she took up the responsibility of the armor pipeline, ensuring that the equipment worked systemically, followed technical guidelines and was ready to be used by the players. This has recently grown into the role of Associate Character Art Lead, where she is committed to supporting her team in their collective mission to make great games.

Wiktoria (Wiki) Kubien
Character Artist / Hair Specialist
Wiki is a Character Artist at Larian Studios where she primarily takes care of hair and fur pipelines. Having graduated from Digital Arts and Entertainment, she started her journey back in 2018 as a Larian intern. After that, she did freelance and worked in an outsourcing studio in the UK on titles such as Gotham Knights or Crusader Kings 3. Eventually, she found her way back to Larian where she worked on Baldur's Gate 3. She hopes to keep pushing the quality of hair, feathers and fur for future projects. Wiki has a cat called Spira, likes to do bouldering , yoga, dancing and eat good food.

Jean-Pierre (JP) Roy
Senior Character Artist
JP started his career as a character artist in 2008 working on the Guitar Hero franchise as his first project. He has now been at Larian studios for more than 9 years. Working on Divinity original sins 2 and then Baldur's Gates 3. Still passionate about all the aspects of his role, he's striving to respond to the ever highest standard of the industry.
