Overview

Martin Pietras has over 10 years of experience as a Texture & Material Artist, having worked at Bethesda Games Studios, PlayStation, and Amazon. He has worked on AAA games such as Starfield, The Last of Us Part 1, and The Last of Us Part II. He has presented at GTC with Adobe & Allegorithmic on Photoreal Texturing using Substance Painter and Designer and has published a paper and given a talk at SIGGRAPH 2017 in regard to Photometric Stereo Capture & Photogrammetry. Utilizing programs such as Substance Designer, Agisoft, Reality Capture, and Real Time Rendering, Marty takes inspiration from the world around us to enhance his design process.
